jazz.co.za must be notified that the CD is defective within 7 days of the receipt of the order. A replacement CD will be posted to the client within 3 days of the defective CD being returned and received by jazz.co.za.
Sheet music/books:
if any parts or pages are missing, jazz.co.za must be notified within 7 days of receipt of the order, and replacement pages will be mailed by jazz.co.za within 3 days.
No cancellations of orders will be allowed.
Shipping policy
Orders will be shipped by airmail post normally within three days of the receipt of the order.
In the unlikely event of a delay in shipping, jazz.co.za will notify the buyer of the expected shipping date.
